Fiona Burke

Fiona’s successful and lengthy corporate leadership career (Commercial director and Country Manager) for three of the Global top 10 Pharmaceutical companies namely Pfizer, AbbVie and Abbott Nutrition for over 30 years , and a range of Board membership roles including council member of the Irish Management Institute ensure an accomplished leader, mentor and qualified executive coach,. She has a proven track record of key achievements which demonstrates her specific strengths in creative problem solving, strategic thinking, strategic stakeholder engagement and developing high performing teams. Fiona’s passion is supporting the development and implementation of strategy, coupled with empowering the individual and team for success through coaching and mentoring by :

1.      The creation of an energetic, flexible and creative working environment where people can work collaboratively with autonomy and innovation to get things done

2.      The development of high performing leaders and teams to develop and implement winning strategies

3.      The generation of deep customer insights to enable value creation

4.      The empowerment of women to connect with and build strategies which enable them to show up at their best or step up into senior leadership roles

Michael McMahon

With extensive experience in multi-national and national commercial organisations, and the not-for-profit sector, Michael’s expertise helps to create the right team blend of skills and competencies, supported by a project management infrastructure to deliver both large and smaller scale projects.

His technical background along with extensive experience in a variety of industries enables him to quickly grasp the complexity of the challenge, both from a soft and hard skills perspective. Michael’s pragmatic style and interpersonal skills honed over the years through both his professional career and a very active community engagement, enables Michael to delve deep within an organisation to uncover the unspoken blockers to high performance.

 
We provide objective advice with our deep industry knowledge. Not being emotionally invested in the company means we are not prone to falling trap to cognitive biases such as the sunk cost fallacy, groupthink, and the status quo bias.
