Fiona’s successful and lengthy corporate leadership career (Commercial director and Country Manager) for three of the Global top 10 Pharmaceutical companies namely Pfizer, AbbVie and Abbott Nutrition for over 30 years , and a range of Board membership roles including council member of the Irish Management Institute ensure an accomplished leader, mentor and qualified executive coach,. She has a proven track record of key achievements which demonstrates her specific strengths in creative problem solving, strategic thinking, strategic stakeholder engagement and developing high performing teams. Fiona’s passion is supporting the development and implementation of strategy, coupled with empowering the individual and team for success through coaching and mentoring by :
